Pumping Insulin by John Walsh.  John Walsh is the American equivalent of a Diabetes Nurse Consultant, who has Type 1 diabetes and uses a pump himself.  Many pump users regard this book (first issued in 2000 and updated several times since) as the “pump user’s bible”.
