Pump clinics

This is a list of pro-active pump clinics.  Help us to keep this list up to date – if you believe your clinic should be here, or if you believe a clinic here is no longer pro-active, please contact us.

We are glad to hear about clinics that should be on our list. By “pro-active” we mean clinics that will suggest a pump to you if you meet the NICE criteria and they think a pump will help.  They see pumps as a tool for better self-management (rather than a reward for good behaviour), they give enough pump education to enable patients to manage their own basal and bolus rate adjustments and offer refresher sessions, and are knowledgeable about the funding process.

If we know the number of pump users at a clinic, we have shown this in brackets, along with the pump manufacturers they are familiar with.
